At Coca Botanical House, we aim to make the ordering and payment process simple and convenient for our international customers.

Our website does not currently have a direct online payment gateway connected to the checkout page. Instead, we use a secure invoice-based payment process.

How to Place an Order

To purchase a product, click the BUY NOW button on the relevant product page.

An order request form will appear.

Step 2 — Select Product Type & Quantity

In the form, select the type of product you would like to purchase:

• Seeds

• Seedlings

• Live Plants

• Dried Leaves

Then enter the quantity you require.

Step 3 — Enter Your Customer Details

You will then be asked to provide your:

• Full Name

• Complete Delivery Address

• Telephone Number

• Email Address

Please make sure that all information is accurate, especially your delivery address and telephone number.

Step 4 — Order Verification

After receiving your request, our team will review the product availability, quantity, destination, shipping requirements, and applicable shipping charges.

Step 5 — Receive Your Payment Invoice

Once your order details have been checked, we will send you an online payment invoice by email.

You can use the payment link provided in the invoice to complete your payment conveniently.

Our online invoice payment system accepts major payment cards, including supported:

Available card types may depend on the payment service used for your invoice.

Important Payment Information

Please do not send payment until you have received an official payment request or invoice from Coca Botanical House.

After payment has been completed, please keep your payment confirmation or transaction receipt until your order has been delivered.

Once payment is confirmed, we will proceed with preparing and shipping your order according to the agreed shipping method.

No Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable.

Please carefully review your product selection, quantity, delivery address, and order details before completing payment.

If a shipment is returned under the circumstances described in our Returns & Refunds policy, we may offer a reshipment option rather than a monetary refund.
