At Coca Botanical House, every order is carefully checked and prepared before dispatch.

Because our products include seeds, seedlings, live plants, and dried botanical materials, we operate a no-refund policy once payment has been completed.

No Monetary Refunds

We do not provide monetary refunds for completed orders.

Customers should carefully check their product selection, quantity, delivery address, and order information before making payment.

Returned Packages

If your parcel is returned to us for any reason, please contact our customer service team.

If the returned parcel is received by us and the contents are suitable for reshipment, we can arrange to send the order again using another appropriate shipping method.

Reshipment Conditions

• The original payment will not be refunded.

• The customer will be responsible for the new shipping and handling charges.

• The reshipment method will be discussed with the customer.

• Reshipment is subject to product availability and shipping-service availability.

• Additional charges may apply depending on the destination and package requirements.

Returned Packages Without Delivery

If a parcel is returned without being successfully delivered to the customer, we can arrange a reshipment where possible.

The customer must pay the applicable new shipping cost before the replacement shipment is dispatched.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

• Order number

• Photographs of the outer package

• Photographs of the shipping label

• Photographs of the damaged contents

• A brief description of the problem

We will review the situation and determine what assistance may be available.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If a package cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, any additional shipping cost required for reshipment will be the responsibility of the customer.

If a purchased product becomes unavailable before shipment, our team will contact the customer to discuss the available options.
